Brief JD – 2D & Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a seasoned 2D & Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of collaterals across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

· Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. Awareness of the competitive marketplace and target audience and be able to develop ideas suitable for the same.

· Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

· Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Creating collaterals like emailers, newsletter, infographics, illustrations, social media posts, webpages, mobile screens, brochures, flyers, posters, videos, etc.

· Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

· Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Keep yourself well-informed about social media innovations and be keen on applying the same, continuously strive to improve the quality of work.

· Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Adobe Suite.

· Brainstorm with the marketing team to help them achieve their goals in the most creative way.

· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

· Work experience - minimum 6-8 years, preferably with an art-copy team

· Working knowledge of software like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, Microsoft Office Applications, PowerPoint, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Portfolio of work

· Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.

· If you can create brand video, explainer videos, product review videos, digital signage and billboards, video emails, demonstration/instructions videos, etc., that will be a huge add-on.

· Key Qualities – Proactive, Self-Starter, creative, quick thinker and doer, excellent eye for detail

Salary: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
