Job Summary:

Security Executive ensure the safety and security of designated properties, assets, personnel, and visitors. They investigate and report irregularities and guard against unlawful behavior. The responsibilities include patrolling the premises, setting up security controls, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies.

Job Description:

• Security Experience in Physical security and access control and video surveillance
• Interacting with law enforcement/ security experience to include assignments to investigative units and at least 2 years of corporate investigative experience or any combined experience.
• Interacting with counterparts for resolving issues
• Respond to Emergency
• Safeguard property
• Ensure all security systems, like alarms and CCTV are working properly.
• Possesses the ability to use skills to contribute to the development of organizational objectives, programs, and principles.
• Coordinate with Contract Security service management team on personnel and staffing issues.
• Carry out checks on staff discipline and grooming to include attendance, uniforms etc.
• Ensure any occurrence/ incidents are reported to the Security Manager/Country Security Manager on real time basis and keep a track on the same.
• Ensure that all the guidelines and standing instructions on any process are adhered to. Manage VMS, ensure issue and retrieval of badges are done as per policy.
• Ensure checks are carried out on all Fire Hydrants, Fire Extinguishers, and First aid box and documented.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Manages site security guard forces according to department policies within assigned area.
• Strong prioritization skills - demonstrated skills in the organization and analysis of information the ability to prioritize work.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and supervision for contract security officers.
• Responsible for shift and post operations including post and officer appearance, post rotations, patrol operations.
• Monitor behavior of assigned personnel to ensure alert, courteous, and professional behavior toward employees, fellow employees, visitors, and the public.
• Provide support, for all physical security measures at the company to include access control, intrusion detection systems, CCTV, and other physical security protection requirements.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and employees’ vendors and contractors.
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
• Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
• Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
• Monitoring & security of parking space by effective deployment of security guard force and ensuring safety of associated personnel within the parking and their vehicles, documentation of vehicle movement, long parking and responsible for associate transportation provided by company by monitoring safe movement, including escort deployment, vehicle EHS and compliance.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to communicate effectively in associated technical and regulatory language.
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV, Access control)
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Experienced with all types of fraud investigations with some experience in investigating crimes against people and property.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Typically requires 4+ years of experience.
