The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product/services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Cracking briefs were given by the client and assisting the team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
  • SPOC for all client-related queries and responsible for troubleshooting them for all the allocated accounts
  • Accountable for project completion with the expected quality, timelines, and service level agreements
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s clients
  • Regular meetings with clients and understanding their needs
  • Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
  • Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress reports for the management and clients
  • Up-Selling, Cross-Selling & Retention: Responsible to bring repeat business from the existing client

  • Creative and Design Team
  • Marketing Team
  • Web and Technology Team
  • Sales Team

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Account Management and Client Servicing experience with an Advertising/ Design Agency.
  • Excellent ability to articulate a POV through written and/or spoken English. This extends to making presentations during client meetings.
  • Decent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well social media dashboards for FB/Insta, Twitter, Google/YouTube, Linkedin, analytics platforms among others
  • Always updated on the latest digital marketing and content solutions will be preferred.
