The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product/services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Cracking briefs were given by the client and assisting the team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
- SPOC for all client-related queries and responsible for troubleshooting them for all the allocated accounts
- Accountable for project completion with the expected quality, timelines, and service level agreements
- Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s clients
- Regular meetings with clients and understanding their needs
- Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
- Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress reports for the management and clients
- Up-Selling, Cross-Selling & Retention: Responsible to bring repeat business from the existing client
