Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Vapi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will also provide excellent customer service and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to quickly identify and resolve issues with clients
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
