Description- Leads Management team supports the International Sales teams in lead generation and lead qualification activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works in collaboration with a Product development team to deliver high quality leads to the sales organizations across the globe.
- The Leads Management team is looking for a Account Manager to identify gaps based on stated lead targets and to conduct research to determine appropriate projects to remedy lead flow issues. In this role, co-located with our development team, you will work with business and tech teams across the org to define capabilities to drive up leads’ volume and quality. You will also conduct market research to identify new sources of category; seller and/or product/brand information conduct UAT and calibration of complex product features.
- Our ideal candidate will have a) Account Management & Business analysis experience and b) e-commerce technology expertise and a demonstrated ability to define business requirements and work on technical projects. In this role, you are also expected to work closely with your peers, operations managers / senior managers/ senior leaders to understand their requirement and translate them into actionable metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel (prior data mining experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment a plus
- Should be able to work with business customers, team leads and Program, product managers to deliver expected results.
- Business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs
- 4+ years of work experience and atleast 1 year experience as Account, Program Manager/Business Analyst/Process Improvement Manager
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel (prior data mining experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge on VBA .
- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment a plus.
- Should have deep expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of extremely large datasets.
- Should be able to work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs
- A BS or BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or a related field
