JOB DETAILS:-
The key role of an employee who works as an Accounts Receivable is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. An Accounts Receivable job description will include securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
1) Follow up for pending outstanding cases with Sales/Ops team
2) Follow escalation matrix for critical outstanding cases.
3) collections of due payments from clients and following them regarding any discrepancy in payments
4) Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
5) Maintaining the billing system
6) Generating invoices and account statements
7) Performing account reconciliations
8) Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
9) Producing monthly financial and management reports
10) Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
11) Assisting in general financial management and analysis
