Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our organization as an Accountant Intern. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of accounting and finance. The Accountant Intern will work closely with our accounting team to support various financial activities and gain practical knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial records.

3. Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and reconciling transactions.

4. Help with bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

5. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

6. Collaborate with team members to assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

7. Assist in the coordination of audits and provide necessary documentation and information to auditors.

8. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
