Susquehanna Management Services Private Limited in Bestech Business Tower, Mohali, Punjab is hiring an Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) for their USA based client to their team. Candidate must be experienced in accounting for at least 3 years. The position offers attractive salary package and excellent work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
  • Understand expense accounts and cost centers

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Executive
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Data entry skills along with an ability to analyze numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹139,872.95 - ₹753,563.37 per year
