Your Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver the AR Metrics - ISA DSO and AGED AR. Achieve Cash target, DSO, Aged AR, Disputes – Aggressively drive all aspects of AR management to maximize cash flow.
• Achieve collection conversion against the monthly target. Maintain Aged AR & unapplied cash clean up on time. Monitor installation and milestone payment.
• Drive TDS certificates.
• Provided support to achieve operational metrics & measurements.
• Provide Information to accounting team with CAN’s preparation on time.
• Improve upon issue of Credit notes, write off etc. within time limits. Ensure GDMS screen updating on a regular basis. Log issues in GDMS and closely follow-up with. DRO’s for early resolution.
• Take proactive measure to focus on Small value Invoice - Opening AR and Current month both.
• Early payment follow-up and proactive calling out of issues.
• Make AR statement online by ensuring TDS/WCT/Residual value etc. are moved out regularly without delay and ensure timely & correct accounting of receipts. Compliance of Common AR Process.
• Strict adherence of Process outlined. Maintain a Satisfactory audit posture as evidenced by CHQ audits, Sox Compliance and MSA.
• Maintain documentation in order to support audit readiness at all times.
• Timely reporting to Country, AP & WW Management. Consistent review, monitoring for open & closure of Disputes.
• Regular AR Review & update to team & management.
• Maintain a positive environment towards the work, customer internal and external and team.
• Issue resolution & early warning signal - within 7days of AR due date escalation to start if collection is not coming. Improve Customer Satisfaction across.
• Support departmental expense to be under control. Comply with business integrity, BCG and code of conduct.
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Communication Skills, Letter Writing, Presentation, Problem Solving, Excel expertise, Understanding of Tax and Finance Functions. Minimum 2 years of Experience.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Relevant experience in Account Receivable and Complex Account Management, Project Management.
