Our Exciting Opportunity !

We are hiring Administration Specialist for Talent Management.

One will !
  • Prepare monthly, adhoc reports and dashboards (BPM, Monthly Dashboards, IPM Usability report, Diversity report etc.)
  • Prepare biannual VOICE analysis for (Employee engagement Survey).
  • Work on the IPM warp up analysis (Performance management cycle).
  • Provide pre and post logistic and data management support for various leadership programs, Leaders speak sessions, sessions by external speakers.
  • Data archiving in accurate repositories like Shared folders, Share points and MS Teams site.
  • Work closely with TM SME EGI and GSCs to support (plan, calendarize and implement) various global & Local cultural and organizational initiatives like IWD, Girls in ICT, Men’s day, DIAM, Cultural month etc.
  • Managing Yammer pages and SharePoint site in terms of access updates.
  • Managing E2E supplier invoicing from supplier onboarding to supplier payments.
  • Keep track of the allocated budget for the FY.
  • Governance meetings with HR stakeholders.
To be successful in the role one must have

Academic Qualifications – MBA Mandatory, Bachelors Degree In Any Stream.

Professional experience- Max 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Talent management (preferred not mandatory) should be great in communication/presentation skills with logical thinking.

Domain Skills- Good in administration/back end role, Exceptionally good in Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint), reporting capability, ability to extract meaningful insights after analyzing data, email management skills and Stakeholder management.

Behavioral skills- Good in administration with strong negotiation & follow- up skills, exceptionally good in presentation delivery, assertive in communication and good public speaking skills, logical thinking, flair of talking to professionals esp. Senior management.

Typical works with whom the resource will interact–EGI People Team, TM SME BMAS, TM GSSC Manila, Media and communication team, Sourcing, suppliers etc.
