Roles and responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for handling Sales BI platform user issues, troubleshooting and identifying issues across all supported platforms like HANA, Power BI, Cubes and Tableau. Also leading L1 support, Communication, Ctrl-M jobs, Operational views, Tickets Governance and L1 leadership of ticket assignments and process ownership.

Essential Requirements

  • 8-10 years of overall experience
  • Proficiency in TeraData, SQL, SSAS expertise, SSRS, MS BI and various BI tools
  • Solution design and architecture experience on the MSBI
  • Overall Reporting and BI Experience
  • Communication skills (also Project Communications skills)
  • Scale, adaptation, critical thinking, Proactive impact analysis, attitude
  • 10+ years experience in the BI domain.

Job competencies

  • SQL, SSAS expertise, SSRS, MS BI and various BI tools

  • Scale, adaptation, critical thinking, Proactive impact analysis, attitude, ability to work independent

Technical Skillsets

  • Teradata, SQL, MS BI (SSAS, SSRS, Excel etc.)
  • Visualization solutions like Power BI, Tableau desired.
  • AI/ML Skillsets will be an advantage.
  • Web technologies exposure preferred.
