Advisor, Talent Acquisition (Diversity Programs)

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

This role acts as an evangelist for Dell’s diversity programs, and participates in developing the strategies, initiatives, education and awareness needed to enable and support Dell’s Diversity hiring programs in India.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine diversity recruiting program designs, execution, and analytics for Dell’s recruiting (aligned to Gender, Veterans, Differently Abled and career restart candidates)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams, HR, Employee Resource Groups and BU leaders to drive adoption and grow Diversity Talent Acquisition programs
  • Discover, evaluate, and manage external partnerships by building relationships with Service Organizations, Community Partners, and other Partners to attract talent aligned to Diversity Recruiting Programs
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Analytics team to track diversity recruitment metrics, provide reports to track progress, evaluate investments, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop data-driven, compelling business cases that support and prioritize initiatives
  • Partner with the Talent Attraction team to develop align branding and communication materials for internal and external audiences. Design specific campaigns to drive candidate awareness and engagement

Essential Requirements

  • Passion for diversity and inclusion, and an ability to inspire and engage others
  • Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive work through others
  • Experience building, scaling and leading complex projects or programs
  • Proven ability to think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results
  • Experience building business relationships with community organizations, professional associations and diversity partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business leaders to assist in the development and guide the direction for the growth of the diversity programs
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity to define clear road maps, recommendations, plans and processes
  • High proficiency and understanding of cross-cultural, international, and diversity communication theories.
