  • Good network in generating potential business leads in local market

  • Ability to recruit insurance advisors team of 10 to 15 at least at the time of joining
  • Train the team and drive for business in local market
  • Service customers for policy renewals
  • Should drive monthly recruitment activities to recruit new insurance advisors
