Candidate Should Be Good Commnucation Skills

candidate Have Any Seating Division / Shhet Matel

Who have Min. 15 to 20 Year Experience in Sheet matel Industries

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

In charge of seattest laboratory. (Testing as per AIS-016, ECE R-17 SES). Also testing of

seats and frames while new development for customer Railways

Responsible forVehicle level testing

Responsible forClosure of failures modes identified in validation (Development and Existing Models)

Responsible for samplepreparation, of Seat Cover Stitching Quality

Responsiblefor Planning production and quality of day to day production.

Responsible for setting spheroid sing annealing,

normalizing and hardening cycles for new components and establishing the same.

Responsible for heat treatment Operation offorgings.

Responsible for production planning quality

assurance and maintenance of heattreatment.

Responsible for Raw Material Inspection.

Initiation of continuous improvement activities inthe area of productivity and quality.

Maintain all document related with metallurgy lab and heat treatment process.

Monitoring on SQF.

T o Co-Coordinator with Department HOD and to take

necessary step to maintain the good working environment in the company.

Processing the components as per requirements ofthe customer.Implement of 5S.

Mechanical and chemical testing of heat treatedspecimens.

Participated in Internal Audits.
