Job Purpose


  • Take full ownership of Go to market strategy for all roll outs (product, process, infra and new business lines) to deliver excellent customer experience and business through Retail channel


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities


STRATEGIZE

  • Devise product go-to-market processes to drive on-ground Retail teams, nationally
  • Understand all the product construct
  • Work in tandem with marketing to define positioning strategy for sales team through proper pitch
  • Work with product and brand team to develop in-store Visual merchandise Book , POSMs, sales enablers to communicate the proposition effectively to customers
  • Keep and close grip on the market reaction and share constant feedback with stake holders on how the product is performing, customer reaction/response
  • Roll out and drive strategic businessinitiatives to utilizethe Retail infra having a long term impact on Retail PnL
  • Seek opportunities for sales promotional tie-ups, new revenue streams in the form of Shop In Shop initiatives etc
  • Conducting pilot to assess the feasibility and performance of the new initiatives and then roll out the program nationally

ANALYZE AND DRIVE

  • Craft and implement national programs for driving postpaid sales and other business KPIs
  • Work closely with Corporate and cluster stake holders (sales, service and BI) to understand the KPI trends, business problems and performance gaps
  • Use these insights to craft national programs at Retail. Own the program end to end by defining timelines, performance evaluation logic and success criteria
  • Execute these campaigns/ contests by giving regular performance visibility through weekly/monthly and quarterly dashboards

ENGAGEMENT, BRAND AND CULTURE

  • Drive employee engagement programs for Retail frontline team in liaison with HR
  • Build festive engagement calendar along with Brand team and execute various customer centric programs through BTL campaigns

  • Project Evaluation - Business acumen, analytics, excel, power point, technical and financial acumen
  • Strong Networking, cross functional collaboration and Interpersonal skill
  • Experience in business verticals like Marketing, Retail sales, digital
  • Self-starter, communication skill, Go-getter, Passionate and can take accountability and drive independently
  • Critical thinking and Problem solving skill


Must have technical / professional qualifications
