Agronomist or Farm Manager for Hydroponics - Responsible for daily operations and procurement, overseeing the production cycle, Integrated Pest Management, and Soilless cultivation. The candidate should be able to set up and manage the facility independently. They would be responsible for the facility, upkeep and production of the crops.

Responisbilities and Duties:

  • To technically manage and operate hydroponic production cycle of the farm
  • To Set and manage irrigation and fertigation cycles
  • To prepare nutrient solution as per the requirement of the farm
  • Manpower Handling / Labours Handling
  • Manage & schedule harvest based on crop/market/auction schedule
  • Disease and pest management
  • Scout/monitor for insect and fungal pathogens

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
