Paudhe Se Yaari is a leading home garden store and nature-inspired studio based in South India, with outlets in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Agronomist to take care of the plants in our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely fertilizing, pruning, and growing more plants from the mother plant’s propagation and seeds.

The Agronomist will be given targets on the basis of how many plants they can grow and must have experience with propagation.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of plants in the stores by timely fertilizing, pruning, and maintaining their health and growth.
• Propagate plants from mother plants and seeds to meet store targets.
• Ensure the availability of adequate plant supplies and appropriate resources for their growth.
• Develop innovative and sustainable plant care strategies to improve the overall health and growth of the plants in the store.
• Conduct regular checks to identify pests and diseases and take necessary measures to prevent their spread.
• Collaborate with the store team to create unique and unconventional biophilic designs using plants.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in plant care and propagation techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agronomy or a related field.
• Experience in plant propagation and plant care techniques.
• Knowledge of plant diseases and pests and how to treat them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and passion for plant care and biophilic design.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
