Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential B2B customers within the target market segment for consumer appliances.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and expand distribution network.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new distributors, providing training, support, and necessary resources to enable their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners, assessing their capabilities and alignment with our business goals.
  • Work closely with distributors to develop joint business plans, establish sales targets, and track performance against objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to distributors, including regular communication, sales coaching, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7 to 15 years of experience required in sales.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer appliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, distributors, and effectively present product information.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Experience in distributor management and onboarding is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
