Job Description:

Understand the business of Ugam and client needs in specific
Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
Prioritize project tasks with minimum assistance from Supervisor.
Review project requirements and execute projects independently as per requirements by following the guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.
Write programs to check the data for any errors using data processing tools/platforms/software like Quantum
Analyze and tabulate Market Research data by using data processing tools/platforms/software, to create tabulation programs and additional analysis.
Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output
Establish and maintain data processing files
Ensure crisp communication with clients and work as an interface between team members and client counterpart.
Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives as well as proactive projects on emerging issues
Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, laid processes, attendance procedures, etc.
Participate and actively contribute in review meetings.
Assign and allocate work to the junior team members, coordinate with them
Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.
