Your profile

• You should be having 6-8 years of experience in IT with 3 years of experience in Clarizen , development, and configuration to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
• Should have bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Should have advanced knowledge of technology stacks and components like JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Should have experience in implementation of PPM-Software Clarizen
• Should be willing to learn Clarizen development
• Analytical Mindset with good coding skills and logical skills to derive formulas and Queries.
• Good to have experience in Salesforce configuration.
• You should have excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and an ability to help customers find the right solution (not the obvious/easy one).

• Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration, and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
• As an architect you will be responsible for:
• Handholding activities for creation of Project work plan templates.
• General advice and guidance on approach to work plan structure (process not technical)
• Highlighting transformation or improvement opportunities.
• Initial receipt and review of user stories.
• Configuration activities
• Facilitating discussions around co-ordination and harmonisation
• You will be responsible for development governance which includes:
• Scheduling & facilitating of weekly production meetings
• Scheduling/communicating changes (Sandbox refresh etc)
• Sprint planning
• You will be responsible for profile maintenance which includes:
• Adjusting existing profiles (very granular and potentially complex)
• Creating new profiles for new groups.
• Ensure support to new workstreams.
• You will be supporting User Administration and Infrastructure maintenance.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and develop Clarizen.
