  • Manage Business operation of Territory for Two Wheeler loans and Cross Sell
  • Manage team of TSM’s/ SM’s to ensure achievement of set business parameters
  • Business Parameters – Target penetration, Target Nos. & Value, Target Cross Sell
  • Income Parameters - IRR, PF, Doc Charges, Insurance, Other HDB Product cross sell opportunity and Team Productivity matrix.
  • Manage – PDD RC / Other Documents
  • Compliance, FTR and TAT.
  • Audit – Non- starters, High PDD dealers, SMs and line team on Compliance.
  • Recruitment, Hand holding and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation & selling skills.
  • Make joint calls with sales team, if required.
  • Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers.
  • Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
  • Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
  • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
  • To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area.
  • Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e.
  • Contributed Value….Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses
  • Employee Retention , Customer experience
  • Managing Incentive Schemes
  • Target achievement of set parameters through team.
  • Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to Sales and Operations.
  • Understanding & management of Business Productivity
Skills Required:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Good communication and negotiation skill
  • High level of Self Drive and enthusiasm
  • 6-10 years experience in TW financing
