Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager located in Panaji, with flexibility for some remote work. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, establishing strong relationships with customers, and monitoring market trends. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all operational and administrative issues are resolved, as well as providing regular reports to the Senior Management team.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with others
  • Proven track record in sales or a related field
  • Experience in the food industry or dairy industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Other relevant qualifications include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to speak multiple Indian languages would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
