Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate who have prior experience in FMCG will be preferred
  • Route / Beat Planning
  • To appoint distributers and Handling of new distributor for marketing products.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast new sales and opportunities.
  • Team Handling and Planning
  • Responsible for ensuring secondary Sales.
  • Management and update the details of retailer counters in Company’s software
  • Making of sales report time to time


Key Skills

  • Fantastic networking skills.
  • Good communicator and have the ablility to convince distributers


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales at ASM post
  • Deep market knowledge
  • Knowledge of retail counters such as departmental stores, general merchant shops, confectionary shops etc.
  • Knowledge of the local language is a must.
