Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Sales Professional (Customer Relationship Manager) for its Diagnostics business.

Internal title: Area Sales Professional

Business title: Deputy Manager – Sales

Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for forecasting and sales of instrument and reagents in assigned accounts and hospitals.
  • Primary and secondary sales order monitoring along with business partner management.
  • Overall customer retention and satisfaction by providing technical and application support and re-trainings to end-users in the region.
  • Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
  • Provides information via CRM tool for forecasts and planning.
  • Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • Monitoring of contract compliances along with the relevant teams.
  • Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
  • To work in coordination with channel partners and support them in closing the deals.
  • Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies.
  • Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time

3-6 years of sales experience preferably in medical diagnostics devices industry.
