Job Description:


As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales target, designing and implementing sales strategies & handling escalated client query.

A successful Manager has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records& able to handle all aspects of making sale. You should have experience in advanced Managerial skills & the ability to multitask.


Job Location: Gurgaon


Role & Responsibilities:


1. Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.

2. To understand new trends in market, find and meet new prospective clients.

3. Listening to the clients need to generate sales and meeting sales target.

4. Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.

5. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.

6. Up sell additional products as need arises and maintaining client relationship.

7. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking.

8. Compiling & presenting Sales reports.

9. Key Activities analyse, monitor the current relevant market and prepare a business plan to identify and develop a new sales opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in International Sales-North America and South America
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • NASA – Market Travel & Knowledge is must
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong Managerial, Organizational & Sales skills
  • Preference will be given to candidate who is eager to take their career to next level and should be able to travel abroad frequently.
