Testing & Validation Responsibilities

ü Yearly Budget preparation for Lab including new machines requirement.

ü Managing testing & prototypes team , Manpower planning & Recruitment

ü Testing facility & Utility management

ü Design support and failure analysis during sample Testing

ü Conducting test & Machine Training

ü Development of new test machine as per requirement

ü Involve to Create DVP plan, Product Specification, Conducting testing as per the DVP plan

ü Managing time plan to perform all test in lab & manage the testing cost .

ü Required Testing tooling and fixture design finalization

ü Timely Review meetings to check the preparedness of team relating to Testing Lab/project

ü Interacting with Global team for business support/development

ü Keeping track of all type of expenditure in Lab

ü Consistently identify program issues, corrective action plans and expected outcome

ü Coaching, mentoring, training and appraisal of Testing engineers.

ü Support business development and other functions to remove bottlenecks for meeting enterprise level targets

ü Working with team to establish a complete self-sustained test lab for India operations
