Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Execute new Products projects and or Current Products for complete aggregate and or a part of aggregate. This involve design of parts, sub systems and systems.
  • Conductsupport for design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
  • Knowledge of Sheet metal, casting material selection, Tolerance stack up, surface treatment technologies and Standard documents
Knowledge of Farm machinery parameters and ability to update Operator Manual, Service manuals, Product Offerings.
  • Knowledge of basic mobile hydraulics and development process
  • Ability to drive DFA with Manufacturing Engineering Team
  • Knowledge in DFMEA, DMU, ECN and other design tool
  • Conduct Design review with cross functional team independently
  • Communicates with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and ensure project completion.
  • Ability to work with Proto/Manufacturing team for support in line trials and production
  • Work with cross functional team to gather inputs and ensure that design is workable as per KPI
  • Knowledge of NX/CREO is must.
