About the role :

As an Assistant Manager - Inventory Management, following will be your core responsibilities :

• Monitoring the integration of inventory transactions between accounting software and ERP.
• Reconciliation of amount recorded in inventory management software and accounting software for consumption, Inventory variance, closing stock.
• Reviewing the inventory variance and highlighting the causes for the same
• Timely submission of deliverables.
• Assisting in internal and statutory audits.
• Assisting the closing the monthly trial balance

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can come onboard to play this role. Following is the background we are looking for :

You should be a qualified CA with relevant 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in consumer goods or retail industry.

Skill set needed :

• Detailed understanding of inventory process of retail industry.
• Understand the risk associated with inventory and implement procedures to improve the process.
• Person should be hard working and diligent.
• Communication with various departments is an essential part of the job.
• Strong accounting skills and understanding of various financial processes
• Expert level computer skills
• Working experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Working experience in the Retail industry will be preferable.
• Enthusiasm to learn new things.
• Detailed oriented and Good at problem solving
