QAQC Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in construction of Pipeline works, Welding and NDT works .
Candidate shall certification in Welding like( WRI,CWSIP,NDT Level II in RT,UT,PT,MPT)
Candidate shall have through knowledge in relevant codes and standards, knowledge in ISO 9001 Standard and shall have experience in WPS,PQR preparation, material testing, work methods, and QAQC activities. Shall liaise with Customer for all quality related matters on day-to-day activities and involve in routine site inspection.
Candidate shall prepare contract specific Quality documents, Inspection & Test Plans.
Candidate shall establish Project laboratory as per contract requirement.
Candidate shall coordinate with Construction Team for testing & control.
Candidate shall assess the potential quality risks of each process and prepare mitigation plan.
Candidate shall conduct Quality Audits and identify area of improvements.
