  • Total years of experience: Min 4 yrs of relevant experience
  • Education: LLB (Candidates from National Law University will be preferred)
  • Industry preference: Pharmaceutical, FMCG & Cement
  • Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)

Job Description:

1. To assist in handling litigations and arbitrations.

2. To effectively use legal case management platform, Roznama and create awareness in the unit. Effectively use the reports for the effective and timely action.

3. To assist in agreement & contract preparation and management.

4. To keep updates in the legal field.

5. Visit units regularly and conduct legal and compliance audit.

6. Provide timely legal advise.
