Hiring For Banking:-Assistant Branch Manager Job Description:-The will be the on-site Manager at the branch and will manage the day-to-day operations and complete all duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. This position will ensure that the branch meets or exceeds our goals in customer service, safety, and profitability. The must maintain and champion a culture that values people and customers and above all else empowers teams to build sustainable, profitable growth.Duties Responsibilities:-
  • assist with recruiting, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain connection with customers and develop new business in the region through relationship building and proposing region- specific initiatives.
  • Incorporate effective communication strategies among the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
  • Champion a culture of safety, leadership, responsibility, accountability, and continual improvement among all employees.
  • Promptly respond to accidents/incidents and properly conduct preliminary fact-finding investigations.
  • Comply with monthly location safety meetings and ensure branch activity is conducted safely.
