Responsible as a specialist for warehouse logistics whilst meeting Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Corporate Guidelines.

Manages and handles the inbound/outbound of materials/products -Updates the SAP database -Monitor warehouse KPIs and creates reports -Ensures the shipping according with the received orders -Supports the warehouse Coordinator

-Documentation according to our SOPs -On time production Supply

Minimum requirements

  • Graduate degree at minimum of not less than 3 year course duration.
  • 0 to 1 year experience in Administration, Coordination, Information Management related to SAP MM.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in GxP (especially GMP Multi-national) environment is an added asset.
  • Experience in Departmental Administration is helpful
  • Ability to use computers in authoring MS Word documents, managing emails and composing MS PowerPoint presentation vital.
  • Makes customers a priority of everyday work and ensures good service
  • Ready to take on new things particularly new tools, structures or processes
  • Motivated team player, takes responsibility for own actions
  • Supports and implements decisions aimed at achieving own and team goals
