Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services
The Associate Analyst, Risk Management position role will support Risk Management & Compliance functions across D&S while also supporting business transformation and strategic plans.

Role
  • Supports administration of business functions within Salesforce.com Core application
  • Support business on contract administration and contracting compliance
  • Assists in development and maintenance of Desktop Procedures
  • Identifies and resolves policy and compliance issues readily apparent with supervision
  • Identify gaps in existing ongoing monitoring processes and lead development of enhanced monitoring practices
  • Analyzes exception reports to highlight trends and recommend solutions within functions of job category
  • Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits
  • Manage the Risk and Compliance confluence page
  • Special projects, as needed

All About You

  • BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience in application development lifecycles and how it integrates with operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • General knowledge of how internal/operational audits are conducted
  • Process improvement
  • Fosters positive relationships with peers and business partners
  • Ability to work with many different departments and levels of authority
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule
  • Skilled in issue research and resolution and a keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
