Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies location wise as well as at group level

· Maintaining the Corp calendar along with the schedule to regular communication to internal stakeholders via mediums like newsletter, intranet etc

· Liaoning with the HR team on specific employee related communications to increase brand equity

· Liaising with doctors, medical heads, facility heads, marketing & sales team, branding team, key internal stakeholders for implementing PR deliverables

· Liaising with and answering enquiries from media

· Liaising with patients to understand stories and develop patient stories for media, online and offline usage

· Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media

· Collating and analyzing media coverage, keeping internal stakeholders informed about media coverage across various specialties

· Writing and editing case studies, articles

· Organizing events including press conferences and press tours

· Liaising with Online team to update information in the website in the news section

· Fostering community relations through events

· Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation
· Contribution to brand team on special project requirement
