Automobile Admin Manager

The Automobile Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing administrative operations within the automobile department of the company. This role involves coordinating various administrative activities, managing resources, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a smooth workflow in support of the overall operations of the automobile department.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the administrative team within the automobile department.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company objectives.

Resource Management:Manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure effective utilization of resources.

Facility Management:Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the automobile department facilities, including showrooms, service centers, and storage areas.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Inventory Management:Collaborate with the inventory control team to manage automobile parts, accessories, and other inventory items efficiently.
Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers relevant to the automobile department’s operations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize vendor relationships.

Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement within the administrative functions of the automobile department.
Streamline administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and legal requirements within the automobile industry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to administrative activities.

Customer Service Support:Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the customer experience during administrative interactions, such as vehicle purchases, servicing, and inquiries.

Budget Management:Assist in the development and management of the automobile department’s budget related to administrative expenses.
Monitor and control spending to align with budgetary constraints.

Reporting:Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, resource utilization, and process performance for management review.

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • automobile: 2 years (Preferred)
