Business Development Manager - CTC Ranges from Rs. 3.25 Lacs to Rs. 5.50 Lacs - according to the levels selected.Target AchievementDrive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales SupportSupport the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for Sales efforts, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, and accompanying client calls.Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance.Spearheaded all lead generation initiatives from the bankthrough walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.Locations are Chennai North, Chennai South, Poonamallee, and Kanchipuram.QUALITATIVEAchieving sales targetsActivate Penetrate branches for Insurance SalesArranging training programs for bank staff on products and sellingskillsIncreasing productivity of bank branchQUANTITATIVEAchievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual SalesTargetPreferred CredentialsWork Experience - Min 1-4 years of Sales Experience in Bancassurance - Life Insurance with good consistency.Age- Below 35 YearsQualification - Graduates / MBAs of formal education are desirable.Must be a performer in his present role.Should have completed one year in his present job.This job is provided by Shine.com
