Job content
Duties:
1. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new talents
2. Contacting potential talents via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
3. Understanding the talents needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to talents requests for proposals.
4. Cold calling; mailing, making multiple outbound calls to potential talents; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
5. Providing support by verifying and creating a Profile Account on Xubba of the client.
6. Follow up with the talents making sure they complete the given targets.
7. Retention of the talents.
Responsibilities:
1. Procuring new clients through direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing department.
2. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
3. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
4. Keep prospective client database updated
5. Make cold calls and emails for new business leads
6. Support in writing new business proposals
7. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
8. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of Talents.
9. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
10. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
