Solastaa Salon, a premier beauty and wellness destination in Electronic City, Bangalore, is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our professional team.

Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of beauty services, including various types of waxing (International, Rica, Cartridge), facials, masks, threading, and more, tailored to both male and female clients’ needs.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of skin types and conditions, and be able to suggest appropriate facial treatments and products to meet individual client needs.

Conduct thorough consultations to comprehend client preferences, ensuring services exceed their expectations.

Build and maintain excellent client relationships, driving customer loyalty and repeat business.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge beauty services.

Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of all tools and work areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Manage bookings, schedules, and ensure punctual service to all clients.

Collaborate with the team to promote a wide range of beauty services and improve client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a beauty therapist, with comprehensive knowledge of beauty treatments and services.

Proficiency in various types of waxing, facials, masks, and threading.

Excellent understanding of skin types and conditions, with the ability to suggest suitable treatments and products.

Excellent communication skills, capable of understanding and meeting client needs.

Proven ability to build a robust customer base.

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle complaints and ensure client satisfaction.

Knowledge of makeup application and nail art is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Relevant certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
