Wealth MRA is seeking candidates for the following position based in the DLF, Gurugram office - Leads Specialist - D1 - IC role

What can you expect?

The role will be responsible for working within the US teams and effectively managing client delivery, to deliver an excellent and consistent experience for the administration to support clients. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing various transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The incumbent in this role should have an overall understanding of the company strategy and the importance of their role in achieving the company targets and client satisfaction scores.

We will count on you for

  • Responsible for Daily Work Management, processing and Quality check - Calculations
  • Front ending work transitions from Onshore to GSD
  • Workflow analysis and process improvements
  • Helping people managers with delivery management
  • Timely communication to managers for any issues or help needed
  • Ensure all adhoc reports are prepared as and when requested
  • Able to work complex job types/OTWs
  • To captured all process related updates and exceptions on timely basis
  • Helping managers in process relate reports (e.g. Weekly, Monthly Dashboard)
  • Ensure team performance as per agreed standards (SLA)
  • Accountable for a team to carry out client delivery
  • Mentoring and coaching new hires, providing floor support to colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
  • Providing floor support to colleagues
  • SPOC for any process related updates and queries, updating SOP and Other process documents
  • Client communications and reviews
  • Owning the Rejects/Errors data and drive corrective measures
  • Daily/Weekly SLA monitoring and discussion
  • Creating dashboards using BI tools like Power BI
  • Effective/Accurate reporting skills
  • Managing clients and doing written and verbal communication with onshore business partners
  • Providing timely updates to management and onshore counterparts

Colleague should be comfortable to work in night shifts (Login - 5:30 pm / 7:30 pm)

What you need to have

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience
  • Good Knowledge of DB Domain (Hands-on Manual Calculations)
  • Basic knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen and LEAN (preferred)
  • Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Good people management skill and conflict management
  • Good Interpretation and decision making skills
  • Strong command on MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle difficult client situations and derive strategic solutions
  • Ability to multi task, self-starter
