Job Title- Consultant/ Lead Consultant, Billing Improvements (Billing Solutions & Control)
Location- Gurgaon/ Bangalore
Work Mode- Hybrid
Role Purpose-
  • To monitor the design, and developed solutions for the Kenan Billing System
  • To provide key technical expertise on these systems to the team and to be a product expert
  • To ensure quality is maintained across deliverables – mainly CRs/Projects/Minor Enhancements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Keep a track of operational KPIs and trend

Key Accountabilities-
  • Involvement in the design or modification of Kenan system.
  • Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
  • Gathers, documents, and analyses business needs and requirements.
  • Monitor complete solutions along with installation, system test plans and results of tests and ensure they are fit-for-purpose and up to COLT agreed standards
  • Ensure that the billing requirements are fulfilled in the project, review designs for changes to billing and other systems’ and processes that impact billing

Role Requirements
  • 10-15 Years of total experience with minimum 10 years of relevant configuration experience on Kenan Billing platform
  • Kenan Billing System 2.x and above (preferably 4.x) of Amdocs, Kenan Arbor/BP
  • Hands on experience on converting business requirements to technical specifications and vice versa
  • Good Knowledge of Billing Operations activities
  • Good understanding of Kenan architecture, configurations and tables.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel. Python preferred
  • Project Management / Change Management / Delivery Management experience
