Business Analyst, • 10 years’ experience as a Tech lead or tech BA with experience of the Software Development full life cycle development as well as integration projects • Experience with Application Development related Technologies for 4+ years (specially exposure to Database, Client server technologies, Web technologies, etc) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues • Experience in requirement analysis for external vendor product integration projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science is preferred • Proven ability to translate business requirements into systems level requirements • Proven ability to take ownership of complex cross organizational issues and drive them to closure • Proactive and Quick learner with strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Strong BA skills with technical background required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements • Validated Systems experience is desired • Knowledge of IQ OQ PQ processes is desired • Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance • Strong organizational Skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
• Able to complete assignment with minimal direction • Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies • Strong client support orientation"
