 Good Verbal and written communication skill
 Work with matrix based teams on creating holistic dashboards and analytics
 Prepare AS IS and TO BE Business processes with Gap analysis
 Prepare Business Requirement Document, User Stories, Wireframe, Prototyping
 Experienced in Waterfall and Agile project management methodology
 Manage fixed price and T&M engagement
Understand operational processes and procedures.
 Basic SQL query knowledge to pull data for analysis
 Provide End user training and training material preparation / application adoption support
 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
 Working knowledge of high volume, highly available Web application hosting environments
 Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business liaisons, and subject matter experts
Experience on testing application , understand test cases
 Must have the ability to listen to customers and colleagues; convey ideas effectively; prepare written documentation
 Must have methodical problem solving ability and the ability to quickly make complex decisions
Good to have skill:
- Power BI
- R and Python
- Data warehouse
