Title: Business Analyst

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote - WFH) / Indore (M.P.)

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Skills: -Expertise in wireframe/ workflow diagrams, user story writing, documentation, BRD/SRS/FRS creation, cost & efforts estimation.

Qualification :BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / ME / MSc

Responsibilities: -

- Responding to RFPs, SOW, POC’s, for the new business opportunities.

- User Story Writing, Documentation, Proposal Drafting, BRD/SRS/FRS Creation, Cost & Efforts Estimation.

- Responsible for Competitive Analysis, Business Consulting, Requirement Gathering, Project Analysis & Market Research.

- Good Exposure on Wireframe / Workflow Diagrams

- Expertise in Demonstrations and Presentations to Clients and Business Stakeholders.

- Identify unique features, capture detailed requirements & prepare comprehensive documentation covering all details and expectations after feasibility check

- Have hands-on basic office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Work within an Agile software development framework, develop business requirements and user stories refined and validated with customers and stakeholders.

- Work with internal project stakeholders to define and document project scope, plan product phases/ versions
- Work with cross-functional leaders to determine technology, design, and project management resource requirements to execute and deliver on commitments.
- Proactively communicate project delivery risks to key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
- Understand business, operations, and technology requirements, serving as a conduit between stakeholders, operations, and technology teams

Requirements: -

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Understanding of web & mobile app development technologies

- Familiarity with SDLC

- Experience in working with development teams to successfully deliver creative software
- Thorough understanding of Requirement Engineering.
- Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end-user requirements, and maintaining the product backlog.
- Experience in prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from analysis through production with minimal support.
- Utilizes user research, product usage data, client services, sales, and direct user interactions to identify unmet user needs and opportunities for improvement
- Working Agile Experience - Scrum methodology, JIRA or equivalent story writing tool, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Story Estimation, and Prioritization, creation of user stories, acceptance criteria
- Acts as the voice of the user within the development organization

- Must be a good team player

- Be comfortable with change and iterations
