Job Description: Business Development Executive for Quizzario

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our infotainment enterprise. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the education and infotainment sector. This position requires proficiency in both Malayalam and English languages to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the education and infotainment industry. Develop a target list of potential customers and create strategies to approach them.

2. Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email marketing, networking events, and social media outreach. Convert leads into opportunities and pursue them through the entire sales cycle.

3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders. Cultivate long-term partnerships that result in ongoing business relationships.

4. Product Presentation and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our education infotainment solutions to potential clients. Showcase the benefits and features of our products to meet the client’s needs

5. Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as per the company’s business plan. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the management.

6. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Work towards successfully closing deals and finalizing contracts in collaboration with the legal team.

7. Customer Support and Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Handle any customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally.

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach in meeting business goals.

10. Attending Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and create brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Fluency in both Malayalam and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

6. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
