The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Ø Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Ø Responsible for researching the market and identifying potential customers, developing strategies to grow existing accounts, and targeting new clients.

Ø Identify and recruit new affiliates to the program.

Ø Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commissions.

Ø Track and analyze affiliate program performance metrics.

Ø Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates.

Ø Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, sales, and product) to optimize the affiliate program’s effectiveness.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for affiliate marketing.

Ø Generating references of candidates who are looking for a job in USA through our affiliates via calls, Emails, LinkedIn, etc.

Ø Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company

Ø Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Ø Maintaining proper database of affiliates and candidates in CRM and Excel.

Ø Co-ordinate with affiliate and help sales team to enroll candidates with our service.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 1+ years
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
