We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell our electrical products, including Home automation devices, LED Bulbs, and other LED Devices of our own brand Stack, to retailers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the electrical products industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential retailers and build strong business relationships to promote sales
Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and competitive landscape
Plan and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Visit retailers to demonstrate our products, explain their features and benefits, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, product demonstrations, and sales transactions
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to develop new sales and marketing strategies
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the sales manager and other team members
Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in sales and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Experience in the electrical products industry is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
