Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities. This involves actively seeking out new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will be based in Karnal, India.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Business and Communication skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in the insurance or education industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
