Tech Field is hiring Business Development Executive / Manager for US Staffing Industry.

Experience 1 year to 5 years

Office Timings: - 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Location: - Sector 06, Noida (Currently WFH)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients
Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.
Understand the requirement and Clients need .
Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
Orient the Candidates on Interview process and Closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants having 0.6 months to 8 years of experience in Business Development role from US Staffing / Recruitment Firms
Must Have experience working with Prime Vendor/ Tier 1 clients
Possesses Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
Must be confident, Self-motivated with positive attitude.
