We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer for our reputable business consulting firm. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our firm by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our consulting services. Responsibilities:

A. Identify and Generate Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

B. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored consulting solutions to address their business requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

C. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and promoting our consulting services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

D. Business Development Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s business development strategies and plans.
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to the management team to refine and enhance our service offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business consulting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Solid understanding of business consulting services and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
