Job Description: Business Development Executive

Cyperts Digital Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to be based in Pune to join our team.You will get exposure to showcase your talent by working in the blockchain environment

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is self-motivated, full of energy and zest, organized, and wants to learn. As a part of our Business Development team, you will assist in identifying and building new opportunities.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Required Skills:

● Sourcing potential new customers in Internal IT-Business.

● Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

● Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of IT products.

● Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.

● A drive to seek new business

● Excellent telephone skills

● Strong verbal and written communication

● Good IT – Software Technologies skills

● Maintaining strong customer relations.

● Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

● Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

● Identifying new revenue opportunities

● Building business relationships with current and potential clients

● Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

● Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

● Assisting with marketing and promotional projects

● Collaborating with management on sales goals

● Support the team with other responsibilities as required

● Meeting given sales targets.

● Experience in Bidding on online portals like UpWork/Guru/ODesk ect. for getting IT Projects get plus point for selection.

Qualification:

● BE-IT/MCA/MCS

● Over 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT Industry).

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
